Family Boweling Outing in Ames, IA.
This was our 1st time going to a regular bowling alley as a family. Jack and Ty had tons of fun. The pizza was great and the arcade was nothing compared to the state of the art bowling ally, the bumpers went up and down automatically as you went through your preselected bowler line up. This was really a wonderful night and memories were made that I will forever cherish.
10-15-2012 Campbell Recreation Area
Yes, I am very behind on the blog...but hope to catch up quickly...before Christmas. Here are the boys on a very warm mid October day, The Clive Parks and Trails are wonderful! On this day mom ran about 7 miles on the trails while the boys ate snacks and spotted deer and what seamed like dozens of squirrels and other critters. The Campbell Recreation Area is one of our favorite parks, lots of sun and fun playground equipment and a nice shelter and bathroom...warning the bathrooms were already locked up for the winter on this day!

Ty free at the park.
While Jack was at "school" (Mid Iowa Gymnastics for Lunch Bunch) mom and Ty went to a new park. Ty really appreciated the one-on-one time with mom.
