Building our immune system.

Jack playing at the mall playground. Monday Jack had his 15 month check up and shots. Jack did not receive his MMR shot because there is a shortage of the vaccine, but they should have some in time for his 18 month check up. He is now in the 77th percentile for height and 33rd percentile for weight.

Out for some BBQ with Dad.

Jack still has a fascination with touching ceiling fans and lights.

Jack must have been in the mood to model. You will notice his lips are pursed, he does this when he is teething. Last night he was up at 2 AM because of teething pains. Poor guy, but he did cut threw another molar on the top. So that makes it 6 teeth on top and 2 teeth on the bottom.

Jack & Dad.

There is a wocket in my pocket.

Jack really enjoys reading. We normally go to the library at least once a week for story time. Jack often reads to himself, but prefers you to read to him.

Jack and Mom visit the Omaha Zoo.

This was Jack's favorite animal of his trip to the zoo. We spent about 20 minutes with this bird, he was quite a character.
Crazy big tree in the rainforest.
These monkeys were a hoot, they were like the 3 stooges. The monkey on the far left is holding her baby, that is orange in color.
Hippo.
The penguins were amazing. So many different kinds, all interacting together.
Blow fish.
Shark feeding, only happens twice a week.
Jack and this orangutan goofed with each other for about 15 minutes.
Baby gorilla messes with Jack.
Jack gives this nice goat a hug. Shortly after this Jack pets another goat with horns and gets rammed in the side of the head...just missing his eye. That was the end of the petting zoo experience.
Jack tries to catch the birds in the petting Zoo.

When life gives you lemons, give them to Jack.
