Hot Days of the Spring.
It was the first hot day of the summer. Momma took the boys to this fun park along Saylorville Lake. First the boys played on a fun, old school playground and broke a major sweat. The boys took off their shirts and settled in for a picnic. Mac hid under the stroller for shade. Then we drove over to another part of the park where they had this awesome rickety zip line. This park was made for boys like mine! When everything was all over and we were all dyeing of thirst, I saw the temp. on the car said over 90 degrees!
2014 Grimes Annual Fire Department Pancake Breakfast.
The boys had more fun then ever at this years Grimes fire department pancake breakfast. They got to play around in a Life Flight helicopter, get ballon swards and holsters from the clowns, play with trucks in a nicely padded children's area, go on a hayride, watch the helicopter take off and oh ya...eat lots of yummy pancakes!
Water Color Tub.
Fun in the tub. Jack and Ty paint with water color paints for a new fun thing to do during bath time.
The Boys meet Captain America!
Valley West Mall has another family fun night, this time with gust appearances by: The Black Widow and Captain America.

Grimes Easter Egg Hunt.

The boys had a great day. First an Easter Egg hunt/ dash. Second the boys get to explore a fire truck, that was on site. Then we get to visit their friends Ella and Eli, and love on their baby chicks.

Ty's black eye.
Nice eye Ty! He just happened to hit the back side of a reclining chair. Hurt at first but then didn't bother him near as bad as it looked.
